It can be a very difficult task finding the perfect band to perform at your Event, there are so many bands and agencies to choose from it's hard to know where to start! But here at Night Patrol, we think we've really come up with the ultimate live entertainment package, that will provide you with the very best live entertainment, to keep you and your guests, of all ages  and musical preference on their feet throughout the night.

                                                              

 

 

Your enquiry will be dealt with by a member of our team, who will be happy to answer any questions you have relating to the bands performance, or any special requests you might  like to complete your entertainment needs. It is our mission to provide exactly what you want, to ensure that your nights entertainment is just as you planed.

We know how daunting it can be planning an Event and then ensuring it all goes to plan, we like to help lighten that load. With every booking a dedicated band member will make contact with you or your Event organiser, and following your discussed arrangements, we will work very closely with your venue to ensure a smooth running order from start to finish is achieved, without you lifting a finger or having a single worry.

WHAT NEXT?

​

If you are happy with what Night Patrol has to offer, all we require is a standard 20% deposit to secure your date with the band, and you’re done.

IS THAT ALL?

​

Nearly... Once we have received your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email, along with a few simple questions such as, name of venue and contact number? do you have any song requests? Start time and finish? As mentioned before, we will work closely with the venues management or Event organiser, who should be able to assist us with all the things you don’t have to worry about, such as... When the band can set up? Performance area? And any technical issues.

UPON ARRIVAL

​

Night Patrol will arrive fully self-contained with PA, lighting and pre-mixed disco, and will perform 2 x 45 min or 2 x 1 hours of live music ( depending on what has been pre arranged) . The band will cover your whole evening of entertainment so you don't need to hire a separate DJ or any additional equipment.

​

If you are dinning in the same room where the band is to perform, the band would usually arrive to set up before your event begins, or the turnaround time between day and evening. If the room or area for your evening is separate (or curtained off) the band could arrive and discretely set up while you are dinning, (they would sound check when suitable and wouldn't interrupt the meal or speeches and awards ceremonies) - It takes a minimum of 90 minutes for the band to get fully set up and sound checked.

A guide to a standard evening reception would be:

17:00 - Band Arrive

19:00 - Background Music On

20:00 - First Set

21:00 - Disco/DJ (ideal time for evening buffet)

22:00 - Second Set

23:00 - Disco/DJ Until Close

Timings are flexible to suit your needs and live sets can be split 3 x 30 mins if you prefer. Night Patrol's standard price is based on them arriving at 17:00 earliest and finishing as late as 00:00. For an early arrival or late finish outside of these times, there may be an additional charge.
